Handwriting Without Tears
Handwriting Without Tears is a developmentally based curriculum for writing readiness and printing. This program utilizes a multi-sensory approach in every lesson in order to reinforce all learning styles including visual, auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic. Our occupational therapists use "Handwriting Without Tears" to provide children with strategies to learn correct letter formation in a consistent and easy-to-understand manner using child-friendly terminology and many opportunities for practice and repetition. The unique materials used with this approach help to eliminate problems with letter formation, reversals, legibility, and sentence spacing.
