History
 Milestones – For Kids’ Success was founded by Janet Puderbaugh, MS, OTR/L, an occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience in pediatrics. Janet’s broad-based pediatric experience includes direct care, management, program development, and teaching experience across multiple practice settings. Embracing a philosophy that is family-oriented and focused on meeting the unique needs of each child and family served, Janet has devoted her career to helping children attain their fullest potential possible.
Prior to opening the Milestones clinic in the summer of 2002, Janet owned and operated a small private practice offering occupational therapy services in the home and school settings. Because she and her therapists desired to offer enhanced and more complex ways to challenge the children they were servicing, Janet decided to open a small clinic space of approximately 1,880 square feet. At that time, the Milestones staff consisted of four full-time and one part-time occupational therapist. Very quickly, however, it became apparent that there was a need to offer a wider range of services, and Milestones has since undergone three expansions and has continued to grow and evolve. Today, Janet and the Milestones team, which numbers more than 20, are proud to offer a state-of-the-art facility of over 5,660 square feet and an array of services including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech / language therapy.
